What I do, and what I don't. Commercial window washing for one- and two-storey buildings. Storefronts, offices, clinics, churches, halls, garages, and more. No office towers, no roof access, no high-rise work. If your building needs any of that, I'll tell you straight and point you toward someone who does that work properly.

On the day

Quick, clean, out of your way.

I work from the ground using professional-grade tools and an extension pole. The water is either distilled or run through a reverse-osmosis filter, so it dries clear. No mineral spots, no streaks.

Most storefronts take twenty to forty minutes. A larger office, clinic, or restaurant might run an hour or two. Exterior cleaning fits anytime, even during business hours. Interior cleaning happens outside business hours so I'm not in the way of customers.

When the work is done, I write you a receipt on the spot or email an invoice. Whichever fits your books.

Common questions

Before you call.

How long does a typical commercial job take?

A storefront takes twenty to forty minutes. A larger restaurant, office, or clinic might run an hour or two.

Do I need to be there?

For exterior, no. I can clean while you're open or closed. For interior, somebody needs to be there to let me in, and that work happens outside business hours so I'm not in the way of customers.

What if it rains on the day?

I move the visit to the next available day. I'll call you the day before with the new date. No charge for weather delays.

Can I get an invoice for my books?

Yes. Invoice by email after every visit. Receipt on the spot if you prefer.

How do I set up recurring service?

Hire me once. If you like the work, you sign on for the season. Recurring runs through the end of October, and you get 10% off every visit (15% off biweekly). You pay each time.

Do you do multi-storey buildings?

One- and two-storey buildings. I don't do office towers or anything that requires roof access. If your building is one or two storeys, give me a call and I'll let you know.

Are you insured?

Fully insured. $2 million general liability policy through TD Commercial Insurance. Certificate available on request. just ask and I will send it before I show up. Owner-operated by Ben Kelly out of River Bourgeois.
